SaveTeeth Dental Care Clinic - Tarlac Branch

I went to Saveteeth Tralac to get my braces adjusted. When it was my turn, the assistant told me that I couldn’t have the adjustment done until I paid the remaining ₱4, 000 balance on my package. They said partial payments weren't allowed, and adjustments couldn’t be done unless the full amount was settled because I was already behind schedule. I explained that my dentist never informed me about any penalties for delays. The assistant responded that it was my dentist's fault and not theirs. As a result, they didn’t allow me to get the adjustment because I didn’t have the ₱4, 000 ready, as I hadn’t anticipated this situation. Do you really have a policy like that?
